Blacktail Solar Homes Subdivision fits into City of Dillon's' long existing street reservations. These include North Street, Franklin Avenue, and Kent Street running East to West and Rife Street running South to North. Spaces within Blacktail Solar Homes Subdivision have been reserved for future extension of Franklin Avenue and Kent street to cross Rife Street and the Blacktail Solar Homes Subdivision. These spaces reserved for future street crossings are designated Tract 1 and Tract 2 respectively in the Blacktail Solar Homes Subdivision street map.
Because distance between North Street, Franklin Avenue, and Kent Street are not exacly the same, not all of the Blacktail Solar Homes Subdivision lots are exactly the same size, although all are oriented to maximize solar access to maximize resident comfort. Lots 1-4 and 11-14 are similar enough to accept the three bedroom homes we have designed and ready to go as set forth below. The remaining lots may be used for two bedroom homes, or we have a similar three bedroom design that will also work. These have not been finalized so are not shown here.
