Phase IV Homes will be part of the new Blacktail Solar Homes Subdivision. The subdivision application has been approved and the final Plat recorded on February 6, 2023.

There are 16 Phase IV building sites. Phase IV homes and building sites were designed together and the homes do not shade one another.
