As a part of the Blacktail Solar Homes Subdivision application, the long existing on a Dillon map, Rife St., actually had to be built, together with installation of water and sewer lines in the street. An agreement was reached with the City of Dillon whereby the developer would construct the road to the point where it is ready for the asphalt coating. Dillon would then provide the asphalt coating.
